- Market data: the app queries Binance's public API to retrieve real-time prices. No personal data is sent to this API.
- Local usage data: prediction logs and query history are stored exclusively on your device.

- NeuralCast does not collect your name, email address, location, bank or financial account data, or any personally identifiable information.
- The app does not require registration or login.
3. How We Use Your Information
All data entered by the user (portfolio, alerts, preferences) is used solely to provide the app's features. This data is stored locally on the device using a private database and is never transmitted to external servers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only external communication performed by the app is:
- Binance Public API — to fetch real-time and historical cryptocurrency market data. This connection does not transmit any user data.
5. Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers or cloud storage for user data. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all stored data from your device.
6. Children's Privacy
NeuralCast is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
